Webflow Developer

ZevGeeks is a remote-first digital agency headquartered in Glasgow, UK. We design and build marketing sites and ecommerce stores in Webflow for startups, SaaS companies and growing brands including WuduWash, Protex AI and GreenBoard. Projects are fixed-price and scoped upfront, typically 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch, with a 30 day post-launch support window. As our Webflow Developer you will own builds end to end: taking approved designs from our design team and turning them into fast, pixel-perfect, maintainable Webflow sites. What you will do: - Build responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites from approved designs - Architect clean CMS collections that clients can maintain themselves - Implement interactions and animations that support conversion rather than decoration - Hit Core Web Vitals and technical SEO fundamentals on every build - Extend Webflow with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript where needed - Run QA before launch and handle fixes during the 30 day post-launch window - Communicate progress async in writing, with occasional client calls How we work: async-first and fully remote, with regular video check-ins. Our team and clients are spread across the UK, US and EU, so timezone overlap matters less than clear written communication and reliable delivery.

- 2+ years building production Webflow sites, with a portfolio of shipped work - Strong grasp of responsive layout, flexbox and grid, CMS collections and Webflow interactions - Comfortable extending Webflow with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Working knowledge of on-page SEO and site performance - Experience turning Figma designs into finished sites with high fidelity - Clear written English and the discipline to manage your own time async Nice to have: - Webflow Ecommerce experience - GSAP or other animation experience - Experience talking directly with clients
